Born and raised in Pierce County, Washington, Luke Guthrie, his wife and their two young boys call this place home. Luke has had the honor of serving in emergency services as a medic and firefighter for the past 20 years. He has witnessed shortfalls and severe under-staffing of our local police and fire departments due the budget restraints in the public sector. Luke decided to take a proactive approach and developed a company that can bridge the gap between the “eager and generous” private sector individuals/businesses and the off-duty staffing of police departments and their officers. Prime Ops was born and we now have more officers on street corners, shopping malls, construction sites, and neighborhoods than ever before all funded by the Private Sector. 

Board Member

Augustus was born at Tacoma General Hospital and has lived in Pierce County for the majority of his life. He graduated high school in Tacoma from Life Christian Academy and after marrying his wife, Anna, they returned to the Pacific Northwest to start their family. They now have two children, and when they did return to the area, Augustus began a career selling Real Estate in Pierce County. In his first year, he was nominated as a finalist for Pierce County Rookie of the Year by the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of Realtors. Joining Luke to create the team here at Prime Ops, Augustus brings his sales and systems experience to the table as well as a deep core value and insatiable desire to create a flawless customer experience. 

Chief Executive Officer

After graduating from Curtis Senior High School in University Place, WA, Tristan began studying to become an airline pilot. Needing some extra money while going to school, he began searching for some part time work. Although he had very little experience with Human Resources and hiring processes, Tristan trusted his ability to learn quickly and took a part time job with Prime Ops doing just this. From there, his role continuously expanded. Although he still possesses the passion for flying, Tristan decided to continue his growth with Prime Ops and put flying on the back burner for the time being. This proved to be a great decision for both himself and the company, as just 20 months after his first day with Prime Ops, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer. He plans to continue the company's growth and begin expanding outside of their current operational breadth. Tristan will always work to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction, while also continuing to provide opportunities to the men and women that have laid their lives on the line serving us for so long.
